Set media and project timecode, framerate and resolution

You can use Storylines to:
set the start timecode, framerate, and resolution of your media files
set the framerate and resolution of your edited timeline (start timecode of timelines will be 0:00:00:00)

To do this, open the Storylines website; open the relevant project and click the clock icon at the top right of the toolbar:
